BLIND DOG.... Michael “Blind-Dog” Gatewood, is a native of the Motor City and has been a music teacher, instrument technician and professional musician since the age of 16. His early exposure to some of the diverse musical influences in Detroit laid the framework for his extensive mastery of the blues via R&B, funk, rock, and fusion. He is an award-winning one-man act who has polished his chops in places as far-flung as the Sierra foothills, the Mojave Desert, the Bluegrass Mecca of Kentucky and many more. Truly a one-man band, a “Blind-Dog” show will feature him singing, playing banjos, dobros, guitars, harmonicas, keyboards, diddle sticks and more.
BuddyRo... The Triad’s own dive bar buddy, Mark “BuddyRo” Harrison : Guitar/Vocals Fearless leader of The Mighty Fairlanes for 40 years, BR is always eager for a new musical venture. He and Blind Dog have teamed up to create their own brand of acoustic blues and folk styles,playing covers of blues/folk and pop tunes along with originals....
